Snap Out Of It

Dress - Asos
Boots - Topshop
Earrings - Topshop

I absolutely adore this dress! I bought this and one other pattern. I have to wear a belt with them though because I have quite a small frame and so unfortunately anything slightly voluminous fits more like a tent. They're perfect for wearing with tights in the daytime but could also easily be dressed up nicely for a night out!

I bought these boots from Topshop a couple of weeks ago and at least three people have stopped me and asked where they're from! They're so comfy, the perfect height and for only £42 it was a no-brainer for me. Had to have them. I promise I did clean them after a muddy performance on Bonfire Night but I see some I've missed (oops)!

I've been so busy recently but I don't know how to fill you in! I really should blog more! I'm hoping to go to London tomorrow to get my hands on this foundation and also a few bits before I head to Barcelona in a couple of weeks - but to keep up with what I'm up to you can follow me on twitter and instagram

She's A Certified Mind-Blower

All - Topshop

I'm sure it's pretty common for us girls to pull an outfit out and realise a little later that it's entirely Topshop! Woops. I got these leggings/trousers earlier this week and they're so comfy. Personally I'd wear them casually like this or with heels and a nice top to dress them up a bit, I think they're really versatile! The jumper is one I've had for a couple of years and I'm sure you can find a similar one pretty much anywhere - it's just a really loose fitting dark grey that is great for layering.

I've never been the sort of person to experiment with lip colours much. Pretty much every lipstick or equivalent that I own is a nudey/pinky peach colour. On Saturday night I went to see Bastille with my cousin and she bought with her a dark red lip glass from Mac which she let me try a bit of. Surprisingly I really liked it and even wore it out afterwards, so recently I've been trying to experiment more. This colour I'm wearing now is a Topshop lip bullet in 'Heartbeat'. I think I'm warming to it!

Today I've just been keeping warm at home and working on some writing for University. It's sooo cold. Not that I'm complaining, I'm a winter lover!

Let Me Be Your Coffee Pot

Top - Zara
Everything Else - Topshop

I have been such a bad blogger recently *slaps wrists*. I have been pretty ill and also went up to Scotland for a wedding. You can see photos of the things I get up to whilst I'm not blogging on my instagram page.

Today I just had to pop into town and run a few errands, now I'm back it's time to sort out my nightmare of a bedroom, listen to AM for the millionth time and organise University! It was so cold outside though, I'm just ready to cuddle up in bed with a hot chocolate, or preferably a chocolate & orange mocha latte from Costa, which I fell in love with recently. So yummy. As you can probably tell from the photos, I was having incredible trouble with lighting! There are no good rooms in this house and I didn't fancy standing in the rain haha!

I bought this faux fur gilet in Topshop in Brent Cross earlier this week. It's sooo soft, I love it. I'm a little bit mad for faux fur so it was an obvious love-at-first-sight item for me! Paired with this big boxy top from Zara and my trusty Alexa boots.

What are you loving this Autumn?

Fluffy Puff Marshmallow

 Fluffy Jumper - Topshop
Skirt - American Apparel
Boots & Socks - Topshop
Necklace - Topshop
Rings - Portuguese Market & Topshop

Hey guys, hope you all had a great weekend! Mine was spent mostly looking for my camera charger (finally found it this morning in one of my drawers... fail), shopping and constantly checking twitter and instagram for LFW videos and photos! How amazing did Topshop Unique, Burrbery and Mulberry look?! Not to mention Cara and Jourdan. One year I will go!

Anyway, can we all just take a minute to appreciate how amazing this jumper is?! It's soo fluffy! I feel like a marshmallow - in a cosy wintery way, if that's possible. I was anxious in case it was itchy - as you can find with jumpers like this - but it's so comfy cosy and such a gorgeous colour, I've got no complaints at all.

Onto the boots. I've been after some flat boots for quite a long time. I adore my Topshop Alexa's (see below post) but for long days that involve a lot of walking they sometimes just aren't suitable! I saw these and instantly loved the gold detailing on the front, the buckles, and the vertical studs at the back. They just stood out to me a lot more than all the other plain black boots I've seen. Plus they look cute with these frilly socks. (but then again, what boot doesn't?)

Hold On, We're Going Home

Top - Zara
Skirt - Topshop
Tights - Primark
Necklace - New Look
Boots - Topshop
Blue Ring - Portuguese Market
Other Rings - Topshop

Today was one of those days where I decided I wanted to completely revamp my room. I aimed to do a quick tidy and throw a few things out - 4 bin bags later and I know I'll have to do some more tomorrow. I didn't realise I have so much junk!

I'm so glad it's cold enough for me to wear things like this again and go for darker nails. Dressing in A/W feels so much more natural and comfier for me - I know that might seem bizarre, especially as I was born and lived in Greece. It's just so easy to throw on a jumper! As for tights I always buy the 40 denier from Primark - I think that for the Autumn they're a great thickness. I remember I bought some from Topshop once - one pair for £8! - and they split after two wears. At least with these 3 pair for £3 ones I don't feel too bad having to repurchase!

I'm absolutely loving getting back into blogging! You guys are so lovely :)

This is what makes us girls

Jacket - Zara

Trousers - Zara
Boots - Topshop
Frilly Socks - Topshop
Necklace - Topshop
Bag - Zara

Regrettably my blog has been suffering a lot recently due to a few things going on in my life that I'd rather not discuss. However, I'm feeling free and a lot better now so I'm determined to return back to blogging a lot more often. Whilst I'm still an amateur at this, I really do enjoy the creative outlet element to it. Also anyone with new camera will hopefully have some sympathy for me - I cannot seem to figure out the right settings so I'm sorry for the blur and dodgy lighting!

Anyway, onto the look. Sorry it's very Zara/Topshop heavy! Zara in Portugal is much much cheaper so I couldn't help but go a little (a lot) wild! I'd be willing to do a haul of some sort if anyone is interested! I'm definitely much more of an Autumn girl over Summer. Whilst I love the hot weather, I find dressing in older weather so much more fun. Knitwear, boots, faux fur... I love it. Today I went out and got my nails done, they were looking soo awful after my holiday. I've had acrylics for about 6 or 7 months now and I'm finding it impossible to think of life without them! How pathetic is that! If you'd like to see a photo there's one up on my instagram.

Talk tomorrow!

Modern Hearts

Night #1
Necklace - New Look
The rest - Topshop

Night #2
Top - Zara
Shorts - Topshop
Shoes - Topshop

The top image is of our first proper night out here. The strip on Albufeira has tons and tons of bars and
restaurants - my favourite bar/club being 'Patcha' - a cool genuinely Portugese club. However, if you think 'Wake Me Up' and 'Blurred Lines' are overplayed in England then you won't believe what it's like here!

The second was a more chilled night for us - we just popped into the Old Town in Albufeira and had a look round a few of the shops. One shop (pictured above) was absolutely full of really unique ornaments and decorations. Gave me so much inspiration for my own place! I especially loved the strange egg-shaped lights. We also saw the sand sculptures which are truly amazing. They require constant maintenance and you're not allowed to get too close. Lastly we went to the American Diner for puddings. It's absolutely delicious but soo filling! I had the 'Rockie Chockie Mountain Sundae'.

Today we just visited the Marina in Villa Moura and just chilling by the pool. Tomorrow I think we're heading to a shopping centre. There's a huge Zara so I'm preparing for some sort of haul!

PS - I promise I'll be taking better outfit photos soon! Still getting used to my camera!

Summer Mood

 Top - H&M
Skirt - Topshop
Sunglasses -Urban Outfitters
Shoes - Zara
Bag - Gifted

It's been a while... OK, it's been just over an entire year since I blogged. Now I've started working full time I find it incredibly difficult to find any inspiration or time to sit down and post photos and talk about what would be very monotonous days! However, I'm on holiday in Albufeira, Portugal, for the second time at the moment, so I've decided to bust out the camera and take some photos!

This was actually yesterday - our first full day here. We just popped into town and had a peruse around the shops. I'm always impressed by the array of Sambuca flavours they have over here!
The view is absolutely incredible, I'll have to take some in the evenings as well when all the bars open and it gets a lot busier. To get into the town, you have to go down two escalators which are completely out in the open. It's quite a surreal thing to see but makes it so much easier! When you get to the bottom, there's a big square where people can hire rollerskates, quadbikes and segways (see the most terrifying Mr. Bean image they could find!) I haven't been brave enough to hire one yet, but who knows!

Today was just a day of chilling by the pool, and tonight we're heading out onto the strip for a few drinks. If you'd like to follow me on a more immediate level, you can check out my twitter and my instagram.
Speak tomorrow!
